Our local business is in selling property in North Kerry and West Limerick and we take great pride in this.

But we do so much more besides; we are planning specialists, regularly securing permissions for telecoms infrastructure and we work on national infrastructure projects by assembling land and by supporting clients affected by infrastructural development at oral hearing and at arbitration.

Much of our work is with the farming community and we have a deep interest in rural affairs and in the built and natural environment.

ABOUT US:
John spent his formative years around land and livestock, attending the local national school and then St Michael’s College before going onto Bolton St then Oxford Brookes University to secure a degree in Estate Management. More recently he completed an advanced diploma in Planning and Environmental Law from the Honourable Society of Kings Inns. He holds a number of other minor awards.

He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland.

·         CPO – Acting for landowners and local authorities. Representation at oral hearing, arbitration (roads, greenways, utilities)
·         Telecoms – Survey, Design, Planning consents. Acquisition incl. Lease renewals.
