LCC is an activity and wellbeing Centre with the largest not-for-profit gym in Ireland “BASE”.
Whether it is to improve performance or feel healthier, BASE is using emergent innovative technologies like neuro-priming and lifestyle genetics to enhance skill acquisition – all to allow our clients to better tailor training, diet and lifestyle choices to optimise health and happiness.

Our coaches are experts in conditioning, strength and weight loss, specialising in correcting movement inefficiencies with guided exercise strategies to ensure you get the maximum value out of each workout. Try our sauna and steamrooms, to sweat out the build up of toxins and simply unwind, relax and give the brain a break!

LCC also has a 1,000 seater entertainments hall and is the home of the award winning National Children’s Literary festival, Young Adult Bookfest and Listowel Food Academy festivals.

Nestled in a beautiful ‘Green Flag’ accredited park with river walks, woodlands, community orchard, gardens, playgrounds, pitch and putt and tennis courts, LCC has something for all the family, for all ages and abilities making Listowel a great place to live, work and visit.
