We’re better together!
Our yoga classes can be tailored to suit people of all abilities e.g., retirement homes, wheelchair yoga, pregnancy classes, in schools, mental hospitals and special needs.

A yoga class lasts for one and a half hours. The general structure of our classes is:
• 5 minutes body awareness
• 10 minutes Pranayama / breathing techniques
• 55 minutes Asana / body movement synchronized with breathing
• 20 minutes Yoga Nidra / deep relaxation

The Yoga Nidra or deep relaxation at the end of each class releases deep tension, calms & relaxes the mind & whole nervous system and this brings deep relaxation and the feeling of well-being.

These days we have lost the rhythm of nature and this imbalance causes stress. Yoga works at a physical, mental and emotional level. The practice of yoga helps to restore balance, harmony and well-being.
