Liz O'Reilly is the fourth generation of her family to live at Mount Rivers and continues to welcome guests to her country home with the warmest of Irish welcomes.
Mount Rivers is a well-established and characterful Victorian house which oozes period style. Built in 1869, Liz's home is situated in secluded gardens a five minute walk from the town square.
There are three bedrooms available to guests. A Double with en-suite bathroom; a Family room (2 adults/2 children) with en-suite; and a charming Twin room with a beautiful outlook and its own shower room across the corridor.
Of an evening, guests may use the drawing room furnished with antiques and family heirlooms and, weather permitting, enjoy the summer house and colourful garden. There is also a comfortable snug with TV.
In the morning enjoy a full Irish breakfast, freshly prepared using locally sourced ingredients, a 'Buckingham Palace' or a Continental style start to your day. All served in the Victorian breakfast room.

Mount Rivers is Failte Ireland approved and boasts good off-road parking. Refreshments available on arrival.
Bookings are taken between March - November. B&B prices for two people sharing are €30 per person; and from €30 pp for the Family room depending on the numbers sharing.
